- In case of a manufacturing defect or damage to the product, you can request a return within 30 days.
Conditions for Accepting Returns or Exchanges:

- The product must be in its original condition, unused and uninstalled.
- The product must include all accessories, original packaging, and the invoice.
- Artificial turf cannot be returned or exchanged if it has been tailored to specific measurements based on the customer’s request.
Non-Returnable Products:

- Used or installed products.
- Customized or made-to-order products.
- Products sold as part of final offers or discounts (if applicable).
Return or Exchange Process:

- Send clear photos of the product and its current condition.
- Your request will be reviewed and responded to within 3 working days.
- Refund the amount via the original payment method or exchange the product as per your preference.
Important Notes:

- If the error is on our part (manufacturing defect or incorrect shipment), we bear the full shipping costs.
- If the customer changes their mind or makes an error in the order, the customer bears the shipping costs.
